I was firstly interviewed by the hiring manager. She asked me some general questions (introduce yourself) and explain the responsibility of the position. Then, the supervisor joined the interview, I showed her my portfolio, and I did a technical test with her (ex. soldering). After that, I got a chance to talk to CEO. We kind of just chat and see if my long term goal matches the expectation.
