In person interview consisted of an initial trial shift of 1-2 hours where I had to shadow the waiters and then serve food/water, they explained the floor layout and how they run service. Staff were very encouraging and friendly. Then a 20 minute informal talk with the manager detailing your background/experience and personality based questions. Make sure to show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and ability to be hands on.
