The interviewer was very friendly, put my nerves to ease straight away. It was a 1:1 interview at the Assessment Centre. They asked competency questions based on the values of JLR.

Hour and a half interview, consisted of two sections, one was motivation to work for the company and the second was a behavioural review. Very well organised and efficient process.
