The process was pretty straightforward. HR phone interview followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager. Last stage was a 1/1 interview which was pretty conversational. It took about a week between the on site and the offer.They asked questions regarding technical background as well as academic experience. The rest was pretty much conversational.
