Sent resume online. Received an email for a video interview to answer 4 questions (it was very quick, for 20 min, simple typical questions, had multiple chances to retake them). Then in person interview with the hiring manager

Interview process is relatively simple. Your first interview is with the hiring manager, your second interview is with the general manager. They really value being personable and holding yourself to high standards, as it is a performance based company.
