Flaky interview process at best; the recruiters were pretty dreadful throughout, hot and cold, with a lack of communication or going quiet for weeks on end. If you get Romola Birchley, be prepared to constantly chase. they wouldnt talk salary during the recruiter catch up so i was very blind going in to the interviews about fit from that perspective. Aside from the poor recruiter experience, I had 2 rounds of peer Interviews post the Recruiter Screen, with people in Singapore and the US. Great conversations. More conversational rather than interview-based questions, didn't hear anything for 4 weeks after those chats.
