Pretty straightforward process, with a background/drug test and the normal questions (What are you looking to get out of this job? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? etc.). The interviewer let me take control of some parts, asking questions about the company culture, the day-to-day basics, etc. and I left feeling very pleased with my future at Chase.
