Everyone I spoke to was very nice, but seemed demoralized by RTO. The first 3 interviews went great. Two weeks later haven't heard a follow up after the fourth interview. However, I didn't follow up because I really don't want to go to the office 5 days a week just to sit on zoom meetings. I'll re-apply sometime after Jamie Dimon croaks

3 rounds. Recruiter all, Hiring Manager, his manager. Asked me basic questions about my background and experience. Nothing situational, and no product sense questions for my interview. Not sure if this is the norm or if I got lucky.

(Context - The interviewer started throwing jargons of AI and then asked) How will you deal with business and product stakeholders, essentially, translating technical language to non-technical audience Product Manager Tell me what you understand about this role Tell me about a time when you launched a GenAI product. How did you use systems thinking? What was your work ethic? How did you collaborate with others? Engineering Manager General discussion about previous interview Situational: He said there are new technologies such as AI, Agentic AI, RAG, etc and you already have existing traditional ML systems in Production. What 5 questions would you ask an Engineering Manager before considering the new technologies? Out of nowhere, XGBoost was mentioned and he asked me the difference between XGBoost and the new LLM’s. LLM-as-a-judge Situational: Let’s say we are using proprietary models and the accuracy has dropped significantly from the target, what will be your first step? Executive Director No questions asked, he said you can ask me anything you’d like to know about the team
