However, be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews (including in person and on the phone, you will speak with people from varying locations) and be prepared to demonstrate past work to show accomplishments. Interviewers are generally very kind, but can be a little intimidating.

Initial HR screening involves going over resume and checking Japanese level. They stop the interview if your Japanese level is not strong. They did not ask any technical questions during the HR interview.

Hirevue, and then a superday. Hirevue was pretty basic (TMAY, conflict, teamwork), superday asked about situational questions (your manager did this, how would you respond). Mainly behavioral not really any technical questions.
