Phone interview, then brought me out to the plant to interview. Before the interview i filled out a personality analyzation test. I interviewed with the plant manager, production manager, engineering manager, and HR. Most questions were behavioral and situational with a few odd questions (what was the last book you read?) and the whole interview lasted around an hour.
