The interview process was quick and easy up until meeting with the Corporate Soul Team. As soon as I walked in the room, I knew this wasn’t going to go well. I’ve been in HR for a while now, and the candidate experience during the interview was awful and it’s a shame that the HR team is who facilitated that. The team kept making belittling comments and just had a bad attitude overall. I’ve never interviewed somewhere where the interview with the hiring manager was way easier than meeting with the team, until JSX that is. The position is underpaid and requires 60% travel with no hybrid or remote options which is weird for a travel company. They didn’t even have the decency to send out a rejection email.
