Jumped through several hoops and went through several rounds of interviews to work with the employee rights team, only to be ghosted. The hypocrisy is really jarring and says a lot about the company's real values.

Applied to the position early on, and got selected for a phone screening. Was then sent a short take-home assignment a day or so later, which I submitted online to the recruiting team. Proceeded to be ghosted and received no response for an extended time, until eventually being miraculously invited for a Zoom interview, for which I did not receive an invite until very shortly prior to the interview. While the interviews themselves did go smoothly and professionally, the hiring process could definitely see some improvements and streamlining.
