They introduced the company status and their on going projects.
It was a very good virtual interview, they asked to meet in person but our time never matched. I keep following up, but very slow reply from them.

The recruiter moved through questions extremely quickly and often interrupted responses, which made it difficult to fully explain the scope of my background and experience across experiential marketing, live events, and entertainment production.
At times, I felt cornered during the conversation, as the interview became more of a rapid-fire interrogation about agencies and production companies I had worked with rather than a meaningful discussion about leadership experience, operational strategy, or complex productions I’ve managed throughout my career.
I was also not given much opportunity to discuss portfolio examples or large-scale projects relevant to the role. While I understand recruiters often work under tight schedules, I left the interview feeling that there was limited engagement or curiosity regarding my qualifications and overall experience. The interaction did not reflect the collaborative and people-focused culture described in the job posting.

The interview process was incredibly friendly, relaxed and enjoyable. They were very flexible with regards to scheduling interviews in and around my current role's work commitments. There were a few rounds where different members of team were involved depending on the stage/round of interview.
