The interview was short and quick. Three managers sit in on the interview. Management asked about pass experience with another tax company. Many of the questions asked was about how I would work with clients and customer service. I was also asked if I mind working weekend and evenings or if I would work on short notice. The entire interview took about 35 minutes.

Had a 15 minute phone call about their needs and my qualifications. Will have another call with the district manager to see if I'm a fit so I can get started.
