Had a brief phone call as a first round interview. The interviewer did not seem to be familiar with this process and expected me to have plenty of employment law experience, even though I had just completed 1L (and did not even have any choice as to what classes I had taken). Other questions asked were pretty simple and generic. Never heard back from them after the call. Strange interaction overall.

Two and a half hour interview process that included multiple 30 minute interviews with various attorneys within the office. Ranged from Partners to associate level attorneys and conversations were done in person.

Three rounds of interviews. Poor communication where it took several emails to plan a time too meet and then several follow-up emails to hear back on the status of my candidacy.
