It's a joke. They only want to know what work you can bring in the door. If you have previously held a position in the industry (regardless of how long or how successful) and promise them the sky as far as clients you will bring in, you will be hired. Everything is commission based, with the owners taking more than half, so you will never be able to replace your previously salary. Once hired, there is no on-boarding process. You are left to either figure things out on your own, or to find colleagues who are willing to help.
