The most bizarre interview process. The hiring manager interviewed me and mentiond they will reach out to me in maximum one week. It has been more than 2 weeks and after my follow up with them (twice) still no answer. I think this is totally a lack of respect for candidates who interview. Yes we want a job but we also want respect. As I write I have no idea what is going on but I will decline the next steps if Jama's management decide to go ahead.
