After submitting my application, I was invited to complete an online assessment which consisted of an Excel-based task. This focused on data analysis, accuracy, and basic financial reasoning. Following successful completion, I was invited to an online interview. The interview covered a mix of fit questions and technical components. There were maths-related questions testing numerical ability, as well as general problem-solving questions that required logical thinking and structured reasoning. The overall process assessed both analytical skills and communication.
