Interview process was multiple rounds, 4 over the phone, finally flied me to London for final round interview. Overall it went quite smoothly, though there was some minor hiccups here and there. I guess they don't particularly mind minor mistakes; they focus on your thought process i.e. how you deconstruct a problem and use some form of insight to achieve an elegant solution
