The interviewer didn't allow me to speak at all, it was very odd. He spoke almost the entire interview. I was also asked to complete an assignment which didn't relate to the job. Overall was not a good experience.
The interviewer was quite patient, the communication was pleasant, the overall pace was fast, and the questions asked were closely related to personal development. The interview focuses on assessing the candidate's teamwork spirit, curiosity, quantitative decision-making ability and logical thinking. The interview style is straightforward. Sometimes, in the early stages, challenging questions will be asked about personal experiences, focusing on the candidate's ability to handle uncertainties and work under high pressure.

It was very hard and I am still going through it. First I applied on LinkedIn and submitted my resume along with why I wanted to work for Jane Street. They had me fill out a candidate survey as well.
