Exact same thing happened with me too. They say the company builds products that makes hiring process easier but the management itself do not know how to handle job applicants and acts like smart deceivers. I had 3 interviews and all of the interviewers said they were impressed. In the end after they asked me to send all of the documents to release the offer letter and didn't contact me again. I was badly ghosted and didn't get any response till now from the company even though I was bugging them relentlessly. All of this is a complete waste of time for applicants and leaves us vexed with a really bad opinion about the company.
