I was still working and they reached out to me. spoke to the recruiter (LevelUp) several times and was told the head of HR wanted to meet with me. The recruiter then sent me a list of very specific questions about what I did in my current role (never had this sort of thing done and frankly not sure why this was asked. Why were the specifics of my former job so important) I answered quickly and honestly . Never heard from them again. Classic ghosting. Extremely rude considering I had talked to the recruiter at length several times and none of my questionnaire answers were different than anything we had discussed
