Process was quite demanding. Started with a phone interview, then an "audition" which was basically a packet of 3 separate tasks to complete and send back (writing sample, basic math/spreadsheet skills, and creating a survey/survey key). Lastly, had an in-person interview where I easily spoke to 6 or 7 people all asking me versions of the same questions.
