Sat down with a manager and they just asked a few questions. They even said that the answers didn't really matter. It was just something they had to write down. It seemed like you would really have to screw up during the interview to not get the job.

it really isn't even an interview. Once they call you you've basically got the job assuming all paperwork goes through and you don't fail the drug test (only if you're 18 or older).
