I first applied online for the job and then was called in for the interview. It was followed up by one last phone interview by the Market Director and I was hired. The interview questions was fairly simple, such as: if you had a client that wasn't motivated when she came in, how could you motivate her to want to reach her weightloss goals?

"try to sell me a product in the centre"....this I found difficult because the knowledge of the products wasn't there, being that it was an interview and not an introduction to the program.

First a phone interview usually with the district manager unknowingly and after you will meet with the gm in-person for an interview, sometimes you will meet your manger during the hiring process.
I applied, and when there was a role available I was contacted. I had a ton of experience in weight loss type sales so I got the job. The center seemed ok when I interviewed, actually I was told to leave by a staff member because they thought I was picking up something for a client and they were about to have a meeting. I had to stop this woman from shutting the door on my face that I was in fact there for an interview. That was a preview for me of behavior I'd endure once hired.
