Recruiter contacted through Linkedin. Had one interview with the recruiter and the other one with the Team Lead, then followed some assessments. Another recruiter called after interview process and told that they are already preparing my offer letter. Waited for two weeks and did not hear back, Followed up with the recruiter and it turned out they decided not to fill the position at that time. Probably they'd never write to me if I did not follow up. Very poor interview process.
