From my experience, it is best to call them and ask to speak to the hiring manager about a week after you apply and if they are hiring and interested they will set up an interview then. When you come in, you will have two different interviews with 3 questions each from the hiring manager and then the store director of the head of the department that they are looking to place you in. They are not hard questions and as long as you have an idea what you are talking about it goes pretty well. (I have worked here more than once- so I am describing how I got the job the first time, but I have had to go through the interview process each time I came back- it just was more laid back after the first time).

The entire process was trivial. Required no preparation. Went into an interview and the interviewer asked me a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with the job itself. I was given the offer as I walked out.

I interviewed at a job fair. The woman who interviewed me was very nice. We had an actual conversation while also getting the interview completed. (Side note: It seemed like she was grading my answers to her questions as red, yellow, or green.) I got a call two weeks after the interview to schedule a drug test, but I missed the call because I was on vacation. I called back a week later and they were very understanding. I had to take a drug test (this gross swab thing that looked kind of like a pregnancy test that you had to swirl around in your mouth). I also had to do a background check.

After i submitted an application about a month later I was called in for a quick 15 min interview with an in-office drug test and was hired that day on the spot.
