I was contacted by JfJ through a 3rd party contractor and was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly well and I passed the technical portion. I was then called in for an onsite interview with the director IT. What I found odd was that they asked for a prayer before the interview. I did not get a position offered even though I was able to answer the technical portion. I think it was maybe due to the fact I have not been in church in over 10 years.
