This was followed by a technical interview where I expertly solved coding challenges. During the behavioral interview, I shared stories about how I handled conflict in a team, demonstrating excellent soft skills. Finally, I had an in-depth conversation with the project leader, detailing my future career plans. The questions asked were too difficult, and I did not get the software engineer position.
