Simple easy, must have a valid driver's license. Depends on the franchise owner. The attire is casual, can fill out an application in the store. If looking for a driver position the car in question must be in good shape and a small background check will be placed if accepted by the owner's insurance company.
Solid and fun interview. Pretty straight forward process and straight to the point. The people were just like every Jimmy Johns. I love the sandwiches so much i had to get a job here

Great as long as you are passionate to work in this sandwich making industry. It was a great experience and the interview helped me get through what i am going to do at this job.

Totally strange process for the hiring procedure. I am not sure how anyone would genuinely want to apply when it takes months to respond and even then so many problems! Would not recommend even interviewing here at all.
