Met with several current managers regarding the position, standing questioning on skills and experience. Schedule availability was key as the position required work outside 9-5 M-F type set up. Overall interview process was average, normal and nothing out of the ordinary.

I was contacted by their HR department to set up an interview. Interviewed with the Dispatch Supervisor. Overall it was a very good interview. The questions were pertinent to the job. There was very little filler if any. It seems to be a great company to work for and the Dispatch Supervisor seems to have a grasp on the task and his department.
