I had 3 rounds (telephonic,face to face technical and HR discussion round).Then,i had Salary discussion round and i accepted their proposed CTC.I was waiting for my offer letter,then only they said that i do not fit into the criteria and i m over qualified for the position.The whole experience with HR was completely unprofessional.And when i called for follow up then only they only i got the rejection.
