After 2 interviews with different human resources people, the third wanted to know about what kind of experience i had. Since my experience was limited, he wanted to know what i could tell him about diesel engines, which is my area of expertise. He didnt seem to know what i was talking about at all. Another stupid place who uses the HR department to hire for jobs they know nothing about.
