The interview followed a brief phone call with the hiring manager. The role was contract-based, and the questions were manageable. Stay professional, prepared, and ready to ask thoughtful, well-informed questions throughout.
Two interviews, back to back, each one hour long with two interviewers following questions following the STAR format and desiring individual quantified answers. This was after an intake interview with a recruiter and the hiring manager
