I learn about the opportunity from a friend, and she forwarded my resume to potential group within Deere. It took about 1 month for me to get a response, but the whole interview process took less than 2 weeks. I have a total of two phone interviews, each about 30 mins to 1 hour long. Mostly behavioral questions using STAR format.
