Prior to the interview, I was told to prepare to answer in the STAR method. During the interview, I was asked a few behavioral questions and had to respond using that method. There were two employers interviewing me. Both of them were managers.The managers were very nice and easy to talk too. If you are interviewing with John Deere, it is critical you use the STAR method during the interview process as that is what they look for.
