I applied online for Seasonal Stock Management Assistant. I was offered an interview almost immediately but had to wait about two weeks for the interview day. Having read reviews on Glassdoor beforehand, I was expecting a 1-1 interview and group work/presentations. However, on arrival we were split into teams of four (there were 16 of us total) and asked to look over a scenario with different tasks, and solutions to those tasks. We were then told to rank them in order of how we would carry out each task. This was monitored by an examiner so make sure to always speak up in discussions. We then handed a written answer sheet. We were given 25 minutes total to discuss. We were then told to take a three question "exam" which was made up of three scenarios that may occur within your applied role. This was the first time that this particular branch was trying this - it also resulted in no 1-1 interview. The interview/group work day then ended after that. I heard back two days later.
