About 17 people attended. We were split into groups of 4/5 with an interview supervisor on each table. We were given a scenario with a list of tasks and problems that could occur. We had to create an action plan so it's important to communicate with each other. We were then interrupted with a new problem where the ice cream machine in the café is broken and some kids are crying. This also has to be considered into our action plan. We were given an extra 10 minutes. Then once this is done, we are handed a new task with three scenarios. This was an independent written task. By this time, the interview supervisors left the room to photocopy our Right To Work documents. After this task we were given a sheet to fill in our availability, personally I'd advise to maximise your time of availability as much as you can. No 1-to-1 interview. They responded in less than a week saying I passed the assessment but were 'unable to match me to a role at this time'
