Very smooth, encouraging management and positive outlook. It was in two parts, face to face with a manager and then a group exercise. They weren’t particularly hard questions during the process, it felt more like that they wanted to see people had communications skills and people skills that would fit within the retail industry

The process took a hour or so. We participated in group exercises and interview questions were asked on a one to one basis. The process was easy going and I didn’t feel pressured or nervous and it was welcoming.

The interview process was very straightforward, and the questions asked were based on the behavioral patterns and testing the communication skills. The overall process included an online test, and once that was cleared, there was a group discussion round with the other candidates, and then each candidate was interviewed individually.

The interview process was very structured and clearly well organised.
Comprised of an application and a group interview day with an individual interview also taking place on the same day.
The result of which was communicated relatively soon after.
