Due to Covid, video interview. Friendly interview, quite straightforward with only 4 questions about customer services. Had a email couple of weeks ago saying that they wont process my application further. Really upset as I've got more than 20 years customer service. Think the fact i'm foreign and nearly 50 years old influenced their decision? I'll never know

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
