Before reaching an interview stage, you have to complete an online assessment that you receive after you submit your application. I unfortunately failed the task which was frustrating since I spent a day shaping my portfolio and cover letter. The assessment seems very outdated. The questions are also ambiguous and forces a specific pattern of answers. This may be due to JL having a certain culture and type of employee they want to hire which is understandable.

Was asked to fill in an online questionnaire where you answer with either the 'most efficient' or 'least efficient' way of dealing with a situation. The way you select answers is confusing and broken as the first item you click is ALWAYs the Most efficient, even if asked to select Least efficient. So do you have to click both? Awful automated system removing any human element form the review process.
