Have done 2 interviews with JL and both interviews went very well . It was a nice experience talking to their product leads. I got thru 1st interview but the role was cancelled due to budget constraints.
Recruiter contacted me early in Jan for an FTC . I did the interview in 2nd week of Jan and its been 45 days and hiring manager still hasn't made a decision.
While interview experience is great the entire process is so slow and getting a reply from hiring team takes ages.
My advice to them don’t waste candidates time if you are not sure you want to hire and can’t make a decision. Taking 45 days and making a decision is just not acceptable.

Fair and trasnparents,. Diffucult questions, but easy to prepare and undertsand. Gave me a good undersdtanding. The Manager and Recruitment team were excellent. They helped me prepare. They also helped with the arrangements.
