Standard online application followed by a series of online tests (Situational Awareness). There was a video interview that asked 5 questions about your motivations, a competency question (tell us about how you solved a conflict of interest) and what you knew about the auto catalyst. The assessment centre involved a company presentation, icebreaker group exercise, where we had to build something as a team, technical quiz, two questions about how you would deal with a scenario and 3 psychometric tests. The final interview included a tour of the facility and a competency interview which also included standard questions like where to you see yourself in 5 years and what would your manager say about you.
