2 interviews, a presentation and psychometric testing. Very Friendly yet formal. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. First interview was in Farringdon, London, competancy-based questions. The second interview involved a presentation and additional specific questions regarding my experience and knwledge. I also had separate interviews with the department directors I would be interacting with during my second interview.
