1. Video Interview with 4 pre-recorded questions. You can go back and re-record the questions up to two times. Questions included: Why J&J?, If you were a brand, what brand would you be?, Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? and Describe your biggest accomplishment. 2. If you pass the initial interview, you will be asked to participate in a Skype interview. It was a ~25 min interview with two sales managers. Took them through my resume, mostly behavioural questions and then a mini question/case (Take me though how much a XYZ store would earn in one day?) There would be one more round of in-person interviews after this, however I did not make it.
