      The best interview I ever had was for a Senior position for a smallish startup of 50 people. An ex-coworker of mine who was TD there reached out to me directly because he knew they needed my skillset and wanted me to own a system. I had coffee with him and one of the founders later that week, then they brought me in for an onsite the next day which was 2 1-hour interviews. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it. The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number. I had an offer for my dream number in my inbox two hours later.

      Certainly. In my previous role, two team members had a disagreement over the approach to a client deliverable— one wanted a data-driven strategy, while the other prioritized creative storytelling. I facilitated a meeting where each person presented their rationale, then guided us to combine both methods: using data to inform narrative decisions. The result was a campaign that increased client engagement by 35%. This experience reinforced my belief in collaborative problem-solving.
