However, you will not be criticized but rather made known on how to improve. Two way communication is encouraged in interviews where they are more than happy to share on current processes and procedures.

It started out with an interview session with AI recruiter. Thought it was an AI assisted interview but found out I will be talking only to an AI. I immediately dodged it and cancelled it
