Initial screening was with recruiter asking typical interview questions. Didn't feel very confident after the screening was over. But, to my surprise I received a call back to schedule phone interview with hiring manager.

The interview process was simple. I was sent a link to answer 3 questions via video. I had 2 attempts to answer the questions. It was timed, but you have time in between questions to think through your answer before you begin recording.

Thorough interview process. Two interviews. One remote the other in person. Structured, probing but friendly and lots of opportunity to ask questions. Had to wait a couple of weeks for offer.
