My first interview involved two questions:
- Tell me more about yourself and your interests
- What are your strength and in what areas do you believe you need improvements.
For the second interview which was with the talent acquisition team ( group of 6 interviewers)
- Introduce us to yourself
- In what areas do you feel that you need improvements in
- Tell us about a failure you experienced and what did you do about it
- Give us an example of your analysis skills and abilities
- Tell us more about your extracurricular activities
- Tell us about a time you faced a problem and how did you solve it
- In a team what role do you play
- Tell us about how you manage the team
- Did you face any challenges in your past work experience? What is it and how did you overcome it?
- Why do you want to work for J & J?
- Have you tried our products? and which ones specifically?
- Who inspires you and why?
- Do you prefer working indoors or outdoors
- In which sector ( consumer, pharma, medical equip) do you fit most and why
- In which products do you like to work with most?
- On a scale 1-10 how do you rate yourself on excel
