Went through 4 rounds of interview (screening, two HR rounds, and one last one with the engineers). Pretty straight forward, open ended questions about back ground and professional experience.

Everything was straight forward. No really hard questions, just remember to go back into your past experiences since they will be asking you questions about it. Why J&J? Past problems and how you overcame them? Strongest Skills/Weakest? etc.
